The modern PhysioGo 401C is a device designed for professional biostimulation laser therapy treatments. It has been developed to improve the comfort of use and ensure the safety of both therapists and patients during treatments.
Discover why the PhysioGo 401C has received recognition and praise from users and patients.
* The PhysioGo 401C model has a built-in Li-Ion battery with a capacity of 2250 mAh
Biostimulation laser therapy requires precise application of radiation doses and wavelengths in order to achieve the desired therapy effects.
The device works with the scanning laser applicator, cluster laser applicator and the point probes. These applicators work at 660 nm and 808 nm wavelength. This enables the treatment of tissues located both shallow under the skin surface (660 nm wavelength) and deeper localized diseases requiring infrared laser radiation (808 nm wavelength). The maximum power when using the cluster laser applicator, which the user has at his disposal, is as much as 1800 mW available from five infrared and four red light diodes.
PhysioGo 401C is equipped with three treatment channels that allow for performing simultaneously three independent treatments. The possibility of performing two treatments simultaneously for one patient (scanning laser applicator + point probe) significantly reduces the time of therapy, e.g. in the case of pressure ulcer treatment, where we often deal with damage to large areas of the patient’s body.

Thanks to the self-test procedure that allows ongoing monitoring of the device’s functional status each time it is turned on, the device becomes a safe tool in the hands of a physiotherapist. After the self-test is finished, the display shows the readiness for operation of the accessories connected to the device.
The device offers a laser applicator radiation power test function. PhysioGo 401C complies with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2017/745 of the European Parliament and of the Council (MDR).
This relatively small device is the ideal working tool for physiotherapists carrying out treatments in multiple medical facilities. A specially adapted comfortable carry bag accommodates the device and compatible equipment. This PhysioGo version, 401C is equipped with a rechargeable battery that allows up to 5.5 hours of use with the device without the need for a power source.

The devices are equipped with a 7-inch colour display and touch panel. Their modern design combined with the latest generation of software makes them user-friendly, reliable and elegant.
The laser unit can work in manual mode – allowing the user to set and adjust treatment parameters – or program mode. Another advantage of the low level biostimulation laser is the automatic calculation of the treatment time in relation to the power, dose, frequency and the therapeutic area.
The built-in database of 137 treatment programs has been created to optimally adapt the treatment parameters to the diseases of patients who decide to take advantage of low level laser therapy. The treatment encyclopedia illustrates and describes the methodology for performing the above mentioned predefined treatment programs.
The device user can also create and save his own treatment programs. The device memory holds up to 200 user-defined programs. PhysioGo 401C has also predefined laser programs – 8 Nogier’s acupuncture programs and 30 Voll’s acupuncture programs.

In order to fully understand the effect of the laser biostimulation on tissues, special attention should be paid to the word “biostimulation”.
