PhysioGo 701I and 700I are the most technologically advanced device from the ASTAR PhysioGo family.

These multifunctional models were created to enable users to perform physiotherapy treatments in the fields of electrotherapy, sonotherapy, combination therapy, laser therapy and magnetotherapy.

Electrodiagnostics

An important feature of the device is the ability to perform full electrodiagnostics and assess the analysis of nerve and muscle excitability. The specialist can determine rheobasis and chronaxis using the electrodiagnostic methods available on the instrument to assess nerve and muscle activity and adapt the appropriate therapy to the patient’s condition.

 

The device performs the necessary calculations, also calculating the accommodation coefficient and ratio, which allows to determine the clinical picture of the disease.

 

 

Effective treatment

The main feature of the PhysioGo 700I and PhysioGo 701I is the maximally extended offer of therapies. In the field of electrotherapy, it is possible to carry out treatments using the available therapeutic currents, i.e. microcurrents, Kotz currents, TENS currents, currents for spastic paralysis, diadynamic currents, pulse currents (rectangular pulses; triangular pulses; Träbert current), tonolysis, galvanic currents and others.

Ultrasound therapy allows for the treatment of shallow tissues using a frequency of 3.5 MHz and deeply located conditions using a frequency of 1 MHz. By combining electrotherapy with sonotherapy in the form of combined therapy, a synergistic effect is created that allows for more effective treatments. In laser therapy, the stimulating effect on tissues brings pain relief to patients suffering from musculoskeletal conditions. Magnet therapy, on the other hand, promotes regenerative processes and enhances healing.

Expanded operating modes

ASTAR engineers have created fully ergonomic devices that offer comfortable work and simplified operation. They have been equipped with a database of 420 built-in treatment programs, 38 pre-defined treatment sequences for electrotherapy, 30 Voll’s acupuncture programs and 8 Nogier’s acupuncture programs. The devices also allow to create and save up to 400 user-defined programs and also to create a quick list of favourite programs and 10 customized sequences for electrotherapy.

 

The users can easily change the names of their own programs and sequences, and decide to work in manual mode, adjusting the treatment parameters themselves.

Modern solutions

The PhysioGo 700I and PhysioGo 701I are built from the highest quality components. Comfortable operation is ensured by a 7-inch colour display with touch panel. The devices are equipped with three independent treatment channels. This allows the patient to be treated simultaneously on different parts of the body. Both models meet the requirements of the European Parliament and Council Regulation (EU) 2017/745 (MDR).

 

In addition, the devices in the PhysioGo family have a built-in, rich encyclopaedia with description and methodology for performing individual treatments. Disease entities can be selected by medical field, which includes a given disease.

 

 

Convenience

The PhysioGo 701I is battery-powered that is why it is an excellent choice for physiotherapists specialising in sports medicine. The 701I version of the device is equipped with a rechargeable battery that allows it to operate for up to 8 hours even when it is not possible to connect it to a power source.

 

Although the device combines the features of several units, its maximum weight is only 6 kg. The convenient Astar transport bag has been designed to accommodate both the device and its parts and accessories.
