The Etius unit is intended for electrotherapy treatments, it has a built-in electrodiagnostic function, which is helpful in determining the course of treatment and choosing the right type of therapeutic current.
 
The main use of the Etius device is the effective treatment of pain associated with neuromuscular system disorders and tissue regeneration in the event of overload, injury and degeneration. The device is equipped with two independent therapeutic channels, thanks to which it is possible to treat two areas of the body simultaneously or to perform simultaneous different treatments of two patients.
 
Etius is a family of standard series devices for electrotherapy and electrodiagnostics function. Other models in this family include modules for ultrasound therapy, laser therapy and magnetotherapy in various configurations. These devices are characterized by high quality and ergonomics of applied solutions.

Professional therapy

The device has been designed to perform electrotherapy treatments by qualified specialists. Etius is a professional device that allows an effective treatment and rehabilitation in a physiotherapy center. The ASTAR electrotherapy device allows the use of all common currents, and additionally enables therapy with the use of unipolar sine surge current, microcurrents and SP- TENS currents, irreplaceable in the therapy for spastic paralysis.

Electrotherapy using devices from the ASTAR Etius family allows the use of predefined treatment programs, thanks to which the therapy is even better adapted to the needs of patients and specific disease entities. This makes the therapy work faster and patients experience the positive effects of electrotherapy in a shorter period of time.

The Etius unit software has been created to guarantee the safety of patients. The device performs full control of all modules each time it is turned on as part of the self-test procedure.

Etius device allows for complete control over treatment parameters. The built-in treatment timer informs the user about the duration of the therapy, and the easy-to-read graphic display makes working with the Etius simple and convenient. User-friendly interface, 30 built-in treatment sequences and as many as 59 predefined treatment programs increases the comfort of working with Etius.

Solid construction

One of the most important features of Etius is its reliability and quality of workmanship. When creating Etius, ASTAR engineers focused on device durability and user comfort. That is why Etius has been equipped with a durable keyboard and a functional, monochrome graphic display.

Innovation and technology

The device offers a full range of therapeutic currents, and additionally has the ability to generate unipolar (unidirectional) currents, specially developed SP-TENS currents and microcurrents. In addition, the user can save up to 50 own treatment programs and 20 favourite programs. Advanced users can choose to work in manual mode and independently control the treatment parameters.
