INFORMATION CLAUSE

1. Companies of the ASTAR Group based in Bielsko-Biała (43-382) at ul. Świt 33 are the controller of your personal data.
2. A Data Protection Officer has been appointed.
3. Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of providing services in accordance with the concluded agreement.
4. The legal bases for processing your data are as follows:
   Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, hereinafter referred to as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):
   • the data subject has given consent to the processing of his or her personal data for one or more specific purposes;
   • processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract;
   • processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the controller or by a third party, except where such interests are overridden by the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject which require protection of personal data, in particular where the data subject is a child.
5. Your data may be disclosed to other entities authorized under the law.
6. Recipients of your data may include partners, debt collection companies, banks, postal operators, carriers, companies printing or handling correspondence received from customers, document archiving companies.
7.  Your personal data will be stored for the following period:
   • personal data processed for the conclusion or performance of a contract and for compliance with a legal obligation of the Controller will be stored for the duration of the contract and, after its expiry, for the period necessary for:
   a) after-sales customer service (e.g. handling complaints);
   b) securing or pursuing potential claims;
   c) compliance with a legal obligation of the Controller (e.g. arising from tax or accounting regulations);
   • personal data processed for the purposes of marketing own products or services based on a legitimate interest will be processed until objection is raised by the data subject;
   • dpersonal data processed on the basis of separate consent will be stored until its withdrawal.
8. The ASTAR group of companies will not transfer your personal data to a third country or international organization.
9. You have the right to request from the controller access to and rectification or erasure of personal data or restriction of processing concerning the data subject, and to object to processing, as well as the right to data portability and the right to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal), and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
10. Providing your personal data within the scope of statutory requirements is mandatory, while in other cases it is voluntary.
11. Your data will not be subject to automated decision-making or profiling.
